How to protect your online casino account
Five simple habits that protect your account and money from scammers.

1. A strong, unique password
Your password should be at least 12 characters long and not reuse passwords from your e-mail or social networks. A password manager is the easiest way to store them.
2. Two-factor authentication
If 2FA is available in your profile settings, turn it on. Then logging in will require a code from an authenticator app or SMS in addition to your password. Never share these codes - support staff will never ask for them.
3. Protection against phishing
- Check the website address before entering your password.
- Do not follow “mirror” links from unknown messages and newsletters.
- Do not install apps from unverified sources - see mobile version.
4. Safe payments
Top up only with your own cards and wallets. Make sure the payment page opens over a secure connection (HTTPS). More on methods in deposits and withdrawals.
5. Verify in advance
Completed verification protects you too: only the account owner can withdraw money. How to do it - on the registration and login page.
If your account has been hacked
- Change your e-mail and casino passwords immediately.
- Contact customer support and ask them to temporarily block withdrawals.
- Check your login and transaction history.
